課程科目

This course introduces quantitative methods to evaluate business environment, and provides statistical and research methods to manage product development processes, explore the factors affecting organizational development, and forecast environmental forces and influencing mediators. Apply probability theories in evaluating sociopolitical changes, and apply research methods to develop policy making and effective leadership processes.

This course introduces conceptual frameworks to enlarge and integrate the social environment, defines the external factors that impact the business community, designs new structures for multinational business processes, and develops training programs that include concepts of culture, social stratification, political power, leadership styles and productivity analyses.

This course analyzes and develops systems for personnel resource management to meet manpower requirements. Defines the cultural factors that affect personnel management and develops a recruitment campaign to effectively staff a business organization.

This course analyzes different economic systems and explores the policy measures designed to achieve them. Defines monetary theories and policies regarding the relations of money and other financial assets to prices, output and interest rate. It shows the rational for the existence of the public sector, public goods and taxation. Analyzes alternative theories of economic development focusing on growth and equity approaches.

This course examines financial decisions that expand products, services and profitability for an organization. It analyzes the economic and political environment, shows know-how on developing an annual financial plan for an organization, and elaborates how the use of “real time” information enhances the financial management.

This course evaluates economic tools to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and competitive capabilities. It presents findings to show how management science impacts on economic policies, analyzes various economic models and how they impact on monetary policies.

This course examines the way to make decisions by analyzing environmental constraints and market opportunities, develops strategic plans to market specific products, evaluates consumer behavior and other factors that influence marketing decisions, collects and analyzes data to prepare a marketing management report.

This course defines the relationships among individuals, firms and societies, introduces systems to meet the challenges of ethical issues such as privacy, and explores social issues affecting business and professional decisions.

In the process of the study of this theoretical work, students will consider a variety of empirical approaches used to research the international competitive strategy process to include exploration of the accelerating globalization of industries, regionalization of competition, and the institutional contexts that both facilitate and impede the formation and implementation of strategies globally.

Principles and methods of planning and carrying out systematic investigations on the behavior of complex organisms. Interdependence of experimental design and statistical evaluation and practice in formulating testable hypotheses.

畢業要求

博士學生必須要成功完成博士論文,及必須在每一門學科最后之成績獲得C級 (2.0) 或以上分數,以及總平均成績需達到B級 (即是平均分數達 3.0) 或以上。

平均分數的計算方法:
A = 4.0 分;B = 3.0 分;C = 2.0 分;D = 1.0分

入讀學位課程,申請人必須符合以下條件:

  • 相關碩士學位,或
  • 具備成功完成博士課程的能力証明
